Shipping and Returns
Nova Beauty Merchandise Shipping, Returns, Back Order and Refunds Policy
- Nova Beauty ships orders on a first come, first served basis.
- Only Standard shipping is available when the shipping address is a P.O. Box. This may also apply to residential addresses.
- Client selected priority shipping rates will depend on the shipping speed and weight/size of the items.
- Orders which qualify for Free Shipping will be sent by Nova Beauty's choice of shipper.
- Standard Shipping service should arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location
- We do not process or ship orders weekends or statutory holidays

1- 2 Days
- Back orders will be accepted on regularly stocked merchandise.
- Back orders will be added in to the next outgoing customer shipment.
- *Exceptions may be made for service items.
Returned due to over purchase or wrong selection:
- Must be returned in original condition/packing within 30 days of invoice.
- Credit will be applied to same tender for the original price paid.
- Proof of purchase is required if purchase is not found in customer's purchase history.
- 20% Restocking fee will apply after 60 days.
Merchandise Damaged in Transit:
- Contact by phone to the Nova Beauty order desk within 48 hours of receipt.
- Unused and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Product exchange only for any merchandise returned over 60 days.
Product is Defective:
- Must be returned within the product warranty period if product is warrantied.
- Product must be returned in original manufactured condition and not modified.
- Product must be less than ¼ used if a liquid product.
- Account customer, must locate purchase in purchase history without manager/supervisor approval.
- Exchange for equal value of same product without proof of purchase and only with manager approval.
- Refunds will be processed after the merchandise is received.
- Refunds will be returned to the same tender used to pay for the item.
